Event Prework
Prepare the vehicle, equipment, marketing materials, and site details before departure.
Before every pop-up
- Carefully load and secure the truck or van.
- Verify all marketing materials, giveaways, and event supplies.
- Confirm parking, loading entrance, arrival instructions, and on-site contact details.
- Confirm who is driving and how every piece of CryoPlace equipment will be transported.
The event starts before arrival. Preparation protects the schedule, the equipment, and the client experience.
Arrival standard
Plan to be on site and ready 15 minutes before the event start. Use that time to confirm the footprint, complete setup, test equipment, and make the presentation area guest-ready.
